The Good, the Bad and the Corrupted Society:

• The movie is an unnecessary but still welcomed sequel to the not-so-great first film, "Z Storm".

• The film gives a realistic insight into the culture of gambling and betting on soccer and horse racing.

• The film has line-up cast made up of famous Hong Kong and Taiwanese stars, but the large amount of characters makes one unable to fully understand the role of each character.
