10 Apr - You might feel sad or you might feel relieved according to your own preference, as Kajol revealed that her daughter Nysa has no interest in joining Bollywood for now.

The actress shared as much when asked whether Nysa would follow the steps of other legacy children like Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan and the late Sridevi's daughter Khushi Kapoor in becoming actors just like their parents.


"Definitely not," said the actress. "No, I think... she is 22 years old and I think she has made up her mind that she will not be coming to Bollywood currently."

This decision might be a good thing to some, after many of these celebrity children have been blasted for their acting performances. Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor, for example, were heavily criticised for their performance in the Neflix rom-com, "Naadaniyaan".

The "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" star was also asked to share her advice for upcoming talents, to which she responded, "First of all, I would like to say, please do not take advise from everybody. If you ask people about what you should do, then 100 people would stand up and tell you to change your nose, hand, hair colour, this or that."

Kajol added that the only way for one to be remembered is to carve a niche for oneself.
