28 Mar - Although they were confirmed to be working together on their first project together, Salman Khan recently revealed that his movie with Tamil filmmaker Atlee has been postponed for the time being.

Salman revealed that piece of information during a press meet to promote his new movie "Sikandar", saying that the delay was caused by budgetary issues.


"He has written a very big budget action film. The film with Atlee is delayed; the budget is an issue for the film. I don't know who from the two will be in it," he said, referring to his potential co-star Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan.

Salman said that it is challenging to make a pan-Indian movie that unite actors from both Bollywood and the south.

"The thing is money... They also charge and we also charge, it is a big responsibility. For instance, in a film like 'Ramayana', they can cast everyone from here and there (south). I've worked with directors, actors and technicians from the south in many films," he said.

It is noted that Atlee is currently gearing up for a new movie with Allu Arjun.
