Tomb Raider

The film is based on the 2013 action-adventure video game of the same name which also serves as a reboot for the origins of the Lara Croft character as she grows into the hardened and thrill-seeking Tomb Raider. After uncovering clues left behind by her father in England, the plot brings Lara to the sinister Japanese island of Yamatai, that hides many secrets and tomb-raiding adventures.
