Watch this if you liked: “The Flying Swords of Dragon Gate”, “Once Upon a Time in China” film series

The Good, the Bad and the Takers:

• Director Tsui Hark never fails to impress with his movies. This one might use more CGI than his previous works but it does not take away from his masterful effects.

• Hanyo Zhang as Zirong and Tony Leung as Hawk play their characters well, making them relatable to the audience with the way they emote.

• Some of the moments in the movie are over-the-top, for example Zirong fighting a tiger among the treetops. But that is what makes the movie so much more interesting to watch.

Watch out for:

• The alternate ending as the credit begins to roll.
