1 Jun – The relationship between "Django Unchained" director Quentin Tarantino and his long time "Kill Bill" muse Uma Thurman could be blossoming into a romantic relationship. Thurman, who had recently put an end to her relationship with her billionaire businessman fiancé Arpad Busson, has been reportedly warming up to her "Pulp Fiction" director during the Cannes Film Festival recently. Although the director and actress walking hand-in-hand on the red carpet premiere of "Clouds of Sils Maria" and at the 20th anniversary screening of "Pulp Fiction" wouldn't raise any eyebrows, the Daily Mail is reporting that the pair was sharing a villa together while staying at the south of France for the festival.
Thurman and Tarantino had always kept in contact ever since she took the lead role in Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction". Thurman would later take on another lead role as the Bride in both volumes of Tarantino's "Kill Bill" in 2003 and 2004. 44-year-old Thurman was previously married to actor Ethan Hawke in 1998 and they had two children. The couple had later separated and then divorce in 2005. It was then she met with Busson in 2007 and got engaged a year later. With Busson, she has a daughter. 51-year-old Tarantino, on the other hand, had dated several women including Sofia Coppola and Julie Dreyfus, but had never settled down with any of them.
