"RRR" gets two nominations at the Golden Globe Awards

14 Dec – SS Rajamouli's big hit "RRR" has been nominated in two categories at the upcoming Golden Globe Awards.

The news was shared by the production on 12 December, writing, "We are very grateful to share that #RRRMovie made it to the nominations of #GoldenGlobes for the Best Picture - Non-English Language & the Best Original Song."



Meanwhile, the director expressed, "Thanks to the jury at @goldenglobes for nominating #RRRMovie in two categories. Congratulations to the entire team... Thanks to all the fans and audience for your unconditional love and support throughout."

Among other movies nominated in the category include Germany's "All Quiet on the Western Front" and South Korea's "Decision to Leave".

The news came after it was revealed that Rajamouli won Best Director at the New York Film Critics Circle Award, with MM Keeravani winning Best Music/Score for the "RRR" at the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards.
