27 Aug – Twilighters in Singapore will be ecstatic to know that the "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" theatrical teaser trailer will debut in cinemas on 27 August 2009. The 14 second teaser will screen exclusively in line with the opening of "Bandslam" starring "High School Musical" Vanessa Hudgens. "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" is the second installment of the New York Times #1 best-selling four-book series by Stephenie Meyer. Following the story of "Twilight", Bella Swan is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love, Edward Cullen but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black. Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and finds her loyalties tested. With new director Chris Weitz ("The Golden Compass") at the helm, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner reprise their roles as the main characters Bella Swan, Edward Cullen and Jacob Black respectively.
