16 Dec – "Exodus: Gods and Kings" makes an epic debut as it topped the weekend box office charts for 11 to 14 December 2014 in the U.S. and Singapore, grossing over USD24 million during its opening weekend in the North American cinemas. "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1" loses its reign on the U.S. weekend box office and slips to second place, with a gross of over USD12 million.
