Watch this if you liked: “The Blair Witch Project”, “Paranormal Activity”

The Good, the Bad and the Unfriendly:

• Even though the film only takes place on the main character's computer screen, it does not limit the storytelling in any way. In fact, it enhances the stress and horror.

• The story is simple enough but delivers an impactful message: cyberbullying harms. The lesson to take away is to stop cyberbullying, as is with any form of bullying, it can and will lead to death in most cases.

• The characters give off genuine reactions and are not generic cardboard cut-outs Hollywood tends to make of teenaged characters. Viewers especially in the same age range, or those well acquainted with the world of online social networking, would emotionally relate with the stress each character is under.

Trivia:

• The filmmakers created a mock Skype interface for the film to avoid technical issues such as lag.

• Inspired by actual suicide events such as Amanda Todd and Audri Pott.
