Watch this if you liked: “Paul Blart: Mall Cop”

The Good, the Bad and the Cop:

• Those who enjoyed the first movie might enjoy this sequel because it is basically watching the same story in a different setting, or they might hate it because it is basically watching the same story in a different setting.

• The jokes rely heavily on fat-shaming and are just as repetitive as they were in the first film. Slapstick humours are plentiful but fans of witty jokes in a well-penned script won't find any in this movie.

• Kevin James' acting chops are greatly diminished here. Hopefully his upcoming assassin comedy will do him more justice.

Trivia:

• This is Kevin James' first sequel of him playing the lead character.
