The Good, the Bad and the Past Love:

• The film is slightly different from the director's usual rom coms. Though it can still be categorised under the same genre, the romance is a bit more mature and the jokes don't go too overboard while it still maintains being funny enough to laugh at.

• There's nothing really unusual in terms of its plot as it uses almost the same formula as all of the other romantic comedies, but at least the storyline is not too draggy to the point of being boring.

• Despite starting off his career as a singer, Singaporean artiste Taufik Batisah has certainly improved a lot in his acting skills even though this is only his second movie.

• Meanwhile, Raja Ilya has shown the audience a different side of her as she flawlessly carries out a comedic role for the first time.
