The Outlaws

Based on the "Heuksapa Incident" in 2007, Chinaman Jang Chen works as a loan shark in a dark and underground Chinatown area of Seoul along with his henchmen Wei Sung-Rak and Yang-Tae. Meanwhile, Ma Suk-Do is a detective in the Chinatown area of Seoul. When a turf war between a local gang that runs Garibong-dong in Guro District, Seoul and the Heuksapa gang from Yanbian, China takes place, Jang Chen takes this opportunity to make his move and take over the neighbourhood.
