"The Dictator" at Oscars

Sacha Baron Cohen aka. "The Dictator" surprised Ryan Seacrest when he dumped Kim Jong-il's 'ashes' on him at the Oscars held earlier today.

27 Feb – Every year, controversies converge on the arguably biggest awards ceremony, with the latest being Sacha Baron's Cohen making attendance in his "The Dictator" character, General Aladeen, and 'accidentally' spilling a jar of Kim Jong-il's 'ashes' onto popular American host Ryan Seacrest's tuxedo, according to Access Hollywood.

Ryan, dressed in John Galliano's tuxedo jacket, had approached the British actor about the perks of being at the Oscars.

To this, the English standup-comedian and actor, dressed in a white military uniform and accompanied by two sexy ladies in military garb responded, "It gave me an opportunity to bring my dear friend and doubles tennis partner, Kim Jong-il," while displaying the urn adorned with the face of the late North Korean leader.

Cohen added, "It was his dream to come to the Oscars and be sprinkled over the red carpet and Halle Berry's chest again," before proceeding to upset the urn's contents all over the television host and the red carpet.

It may have took a while before anyone reacted due to shock, as the 41-year-old actor called out from the red carpet, "We need to clean this up! But if someone asks you what you are wearing, say Kim Jong-il!"

"I had an idea something was coming, I didn't know in what fashion or form," Seacrest said as Cohen and his ladies made their way down the red carpet.

38-year-old Seacrest then revealed his relief in following his mom's constant advice of bringing a spare tuxedo for red carpet events.

The reason for Seacrest's unfortunate incident may have been due to Cleveland-born actress Halle Berry's cancellation of her ticket to the 84th Academy Awards event, or Kim Jong-il would have liked to be all over her chest, as stated by Cohen. Her cancellation was due to a broken foot, caused by her attempts to catch up to her daughter Nahla back last September, who was chasing a goat.
