Cho-Lam in Kuala Lumpur to promote "Lucky star 2015".

10 Feb – Hong Kong's rising star Wong Cho-Lam says that he will be on temporary hiatus for about a month after his wedding ceremony set to take place on Valentine's Day.

Speaking with Cinema Online at the press conference of "Lucky Star 2015" held in Kuala Lumpur recently, Cho-Lam took the opportunity to remind everyone that he will be away from work for some time, therefore if anyone misses him, they will only be able to see him in the upcoming Chinese New Year movie, "Lucky Star 2015".

He also added that he has been facing several difficulties especially with the house that he is currently renovating, which is turning out to be disastrous in his absence. Therefore, he will not be shifting into his new house even after his marriage with Leanne Li, and the month-long hiatus will be spent to deal with their new home.

Cho-Lam also addressed questions related to his hereditary cancer issue as he previously mentioned that he was at high-risk for the disease, where he confidently clarified that his current health is in good condition and there is nothing to be worried about.

However he did say that he would be visiting the doctor more frequently for checkups. Due to his family's unavoidable history, the only thing he can do now is to make sure he stays healthy.
