14 Apr – Walt Disney Studios has been busy rearranging its release schedule after most of its 2020 titles have to be delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Recent updates on Disney's Twitter reveal that two animated films, namely Pixar Animation Studios' "Soul" and Walt Disney Animation Studios' "Raya and the Last Dragon", have been moved to new dates. "Soul", with Jamie Foxx voicing the lead role, was originally set for release in North American cinemas on 19 June 2020. It has now been pushed back five months to 20 November 2020. The move displaces "Raya and the Last Dragon" from its original 25 November 2020 spot, pushing it to next year. The Awkwafina-starrer has now been given the new date of 12 March 2021.
