23 Apr – Missing the cinema? Missing the feel of sitting in a darkened room with fresh popcorn to munch on while the big screen plays a film that will transport your mind elsewhere and make you forget reality, even if just for an hour or two?

While you can't experience that right now, due to cinema closure and staying safe at home during the circuit breaker period, you can try to recreate your favourite cinema at home and even win a prize or two while you're at it!

The Projector is encouraging its social media followers to "recreate the magic of The Projector at Golden Mile Tower at home".

"What would your programmes be? Would The Room be on every week? Get your fuzzy four pawed friends to work as adorable ushers! Recreate little details you love (or love to hate :p) about The Projector in a simple way at home," the post on Facebook stated.

The whole purpose of this is to use your "cinema" to enter the "My Picture Palace" Competition, organised by Little White Lies and Modern Films.

The cinema doesn't have to be to scale, it can also be in model or diorama form. Submissions can either be in photo or video format. More of the terms and conditions can be found on Little White Lies' social media and website.

Better get cracking because the deadline for submission is this 30 April!
