Ryan Reynolds & Scarlett Johansson

As the year comes to an end, 2010 have witnessed yet another episode of devastating separations, divorces and breakup (not to mention the ones that make fans happy instead!) With a continuous string of love-lost news reported by the media one after another, we asked for our reader's vote to support which couple that they think should have stayed together forever till their dying days.

This Marvel power couple dated in 2007, announced their engagement in May 2008 and wedded in a private ceremony at British Columbia four months later. However on 14 December 2010, Reynolds and Johansson both released a joint statement announcing their separation and plans for divorce. The couple had no children out of their reunion. Reynolds is heading forward to the release of DC superhero, "Green Lantern" in 2011 and reprising his role as "Deadpool" in his very own movie in 2012. Johansson on the other hand, is anticipating the release of "Avengers" in 2012 where she will also reprise her Marvel counterpart, Natasha Romanov a.k.a Black Widow. It is really devastating. They could have given birth to gorgeous super babies!

Cox moves on by focusing on her lead character in Season 2 of ABC's Cougar Town series as ironically, a divorced single mother who bounce back by dating younger men. Wonder if Cox will embrace her character in real life, considering Arquette was 6 years younger than she is. How much younger will Cox go? In the same month of the announced separation, Arquette admitted in an interview with Howard Stern that he had his one-time rebound with an aspiring actress named Jasmine Waltz. Their deal was purely physical, apparently. Their divorce did not deter the filming and production of "Scream 4" as they will reprise their respective roles in the franchise, due for release in April 2011.
