Watch this if you liked: "Magic Mike"

The Good, the Bad and the Magical Mike:

• The sequel starts off by breaking apart the happy endings everyone's achieved at the end of the first movie. Though this seems like a set up for what could be a very depressing movie, the audience will instead be treated to a fun-filled, light-hearted and, of course, sexy journey of male comradery.

• Take away the stripping and sex jokes, the movie is actually just a road trip movie about friends discovering themselves and the world they live in, even more so for Mike who is re-finding true love and success.

• The sequel may seem unnecessary but it is still a fun movie to watch, interesting for both males and females.

Trivia:

• Matthew McConaughey did not return for the sequel due to financial reasons, the actor's pay rate was significantly higher after winning the Oscar for Best Actor.
