Soon, James, who is a much more experienced DJ, begins to guide him down the path that he wants to go. But everything changes when Cole falls in love with James` girlfriend, Sophie. The Good, the Bad and the Amateur DJ:

• One of the downsides of the film is that it is only relatable to a specific group of audience, especially the younger ones who knows or are active in the music genre.

• The film is inspiring and honest, but not everyone will enjoy or understand it, making it quite forgettable.

• The film is fairly entertaining and it provides insights on the EDM world.

• Zac Efron is believable enough as an aspiring DJ, though the character did not exactly challenge his skills as an actor.

Trivia:

• Zac Efron prepared for his role by taking DJ-ing lessons from Swedish DJ, Alesso.
