The Good, the Bad and the Born Leader:

• The movie is like an amalgam of too many other cartoons that we've seen in the last few years, but nevertheless, it also has some inspiring and imaginative touches in the story.

• The movie may lack the finesse of a Pixar film, but it is slyfully witty and visually stylish and gorgeous.

• It feels a bit weird listening to Alec Baldwin's deep adult voice in the body of an adorable infant, it may have worked better if they use the voice of a slightly younger male lead.

• The basic premise of the movie is undeniably an appealing and relatable one, but the whole concept of it is not without flaws.

Trivia:

• The line, "Cookies are for closers" in "Boss Baby" is a parody of Alec Baldwin's famous line from "Glengarry Glen Ross", "Coffee is for closers!"
