The Good, the Bad and the Reversed Roles:

• R Balki takes a huge step with his new film, which is meant to end all the gender stereotype roles forced upon men and women.

• This is certainly a bold move, especially in India, where the men are usually more dominant than the women.

• Though the film was supposed to promote feminism, it seems to have made the female lead look like a controlling mean queen, but it does shut down on the issue of sexism.

• Acting wise, Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor fit and delivered their roles perfectly.

• Kareena's beauty and confidence in the film made her an amazing and ambitious corporate marketing woman, while Arjun has made justice as a rare breed among Indian husbands.

Trivia:

• Swaroop Sampat makes a comeback to Hindi films after 14 years, while Jaya Bhaduri returns after 8 years.
