Watch this if you liked: The first two films from the franchise

The Good, the Bad and the Unnecessary Odyssey:

• The movie fails to stand up on its own as it recycles so much from its first two predecessors.

• The first two movies of the franchise are quite good and entertaining, considering that it starred the talented Stephen Chow, but the third one doesn't turn out as well.

• There's nothing new in the story as the classic it is based on has been told over and over again tons of times in many other films.

• However the costumes of the characters are gorgeous.

Trivia:

• The film is the continuation of 1994's "A Chinese Odyssey Part Two: Cinderella".
