Watch this if you liked: “Anthropoid”

The Good, the Bad and the Czech Resistance:

• A decent historical war drama where its redeeming features would be its accurate portrayal of the WWII setting with its realistic props, strategic locations, and historical costumes.

• The movie is like two movies shot separately, with the first part being the more engrossing one while the second half is the part where you can just skip through.

• The movie is not a bad movie per se, it's just oddly structured and rushed with many important events being left out, making the whole movie feel incomplete.

• The movie has its fair share of violence but it is not as bad as it seems, only a few blood spurts and red stains on costumes.

Trivia

The original working title of this film, "HHhH", is a war-time Gestapo acronym for Himmlers Hirn heißt Heydrich ("Himmler's brain is called Heydrich").
