After losing their first child to a rare immunity defect, Aditi and Niren Chaudhary are devastated to learn that their second daughter is also born with the same terminal illness. They do everything they can to provide Aisha with the medical care that she needs, even giving up their jobs and travelling to London to get help from the doctors there. Unfortunately, her condition worsens as years pass and she grows older.
