The local body elections are coming up and the parties are not exactly playing fair to ensure their win. This includes giving cash tokens to the village voters in order to persuade them to vote in the party`s favour, bringing in voters from outside the village, and even considering killing some voters so those people won`t cast their votes for the opposition. Every vote counts, and so does Nelson Mandela`s (played by Yogi Babu) vote. And his vote is for sale. No money, no vote. Actor-comedian Yogi Babu plays the lead role in this debutant Madonne Ashwin-directed comedy movie. The film features music by Bharath Sankar.
